Key Privacy Stance: Local-First, Zero-Retention on Company Servers.

Data Storage: ALL mission data (scripts, research, dossiers) is generated and stored locally on the User's device. We do not maintain a cloud database of your content.
Data Sales: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade User data to third parties.
AI Processing: Data is sent ephemerally to AI sub-processors (e.g., Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating the requested output.

1. Data Ownership & Storage

At T-mo-t Productions LLC, we believe your creative data belongs to you.

1.1 Local-First Architecture
The Mothership App operates primarily as a client-side interface. The files you generate (ZIP archives, PDFs, CSVs) are assembled within your browser's local memory buffer. T-mo-t Productions LLC does not store copies of these generated files on our servers.

1.2 User Responsibility
Since we do not store your data, we cannot recover lost files. It is your sole responsibility to download and back up your "Mission Files" immediately after generation.

2. Third-Party Sub-Processors

To provide advanced intelligence features (Neural Council, Script Doctor), the App connects to third-party APIs.

2.1 AI Service Providers
We utilize enterprise-grade AI models (including but not limited to Google Gemini). When you initiate a request:

Your input (prompt/URL) is transmitted to the AI provider securely.
The AI provider generates the response.
The response is displayed to you and then discarded from the transmission pipeline.

2.2 Usage of Data by AI Providers
We configure our API requests to request zero-retention where available. However, User acknowledges that usage is subject to the privacy policies of the respective AI providers (e.g., Google Privacy Policy).

3. Collection of Information

3.1 Direct Interactions
We may collect minimal metadata required for account management, such as:

Credit balance and usage logs (to deduct credits correctly).
Email address (for support or account recovery).
Transaction history (proof of purchase).

3.2 Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage technology to save your preferences (e.g., API keys, UI settings, "Style DNA"). This data resides on your device.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

4.1 "As Is" Service
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. T-mo-t Productions LLC specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4.2 AI Hallucinations
The App utilizes generative artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, "hallucinate" facts, or provide inaccurate data. You are the Commander. You must verify all outputs (scripts, SEO tags, legal summaries) before using them publicly. T-mo-t Productions LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

4.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-mo-t Productions LLC's liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

5. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
